Description

PDC drill bit is super hard material combined with diamond and hard alloy under high temperature. It not only has the advantages of hard and durable from diamond, but also has the advantages of high impact resistance and big blade from hard alloy. It greatly improves the drilling efficiency and is the ideal drill bit for the drill operation of medium & hard as well as super hard rock.

Matrix PDC drill bit

Matrix PDC drill is a cutting-type drill in which the diamond compact is welded to the drill matrix by brazing. The matrix drill bit is sintered with tungsten carbide powder, brazed on the tungsten carbide matrix with artificial polycrystalline diamond composite sheet, and use natural diamond to keep the diameter.

Steel Body PDC drill bit

Steel body PDC bit is machined from nickel, chromium and molybdenum alloys. After hot treatment, drill holes on the drill bit body, put the artificial polycrystalline diamond composite sheet in the drill bit body, use columnar carbon tungsten gauge.

All materials and processes used in the manufacture of our PDC bits are rigorously monitored to ensure the prefect performance.

Applications
